Challenge: A scene of thanks

Hello Everybody,
Things have been hectic with movies & moving (that's not an excuse though), but that's pretty much why I've been resisting writing on here. Shameful I know.
So, for this weekend I thought it would be fun to challenge all SADC members to write at least one Thanksgiving related scene. Write, eat turkey, write, eat turkey, write...
